I graduated with a Masters in Counseling from Saybrook University within the LIOS (Leadership Institute of Seattle) program in 2015.

I value connecting with people and animals; spending time with my 2 cats, friends and family, talking, walking, playing sports, adventuring, cooking, and playing games.

Creativity is important to me. I like to play music and improvise new songs. I have been expressing through visual arts since I was young and like to draw, doodle and craft.

Connecting with nature is very important to me, how I connect with nature changes through the years (rock climbing, camping, hiking, watching birds, gardening, nature journaling), the how doesn’t seem to be as important as being with nature in a variety of ways; curious, engaging, playful, listening.

I continue to do my own work, to reflect and grow. I do this through reading books about therapy and mental health, getting new training in therapy modalities, going to therapy as a client, going to workshops, having supportive and inquisitive conversations with friends, journaling (both in words and drawings), being in nature and expressing through art.
